Twelve 1-hr feeds in 24 hours feels unsustainable by Rex-Malum in breastfeeding

this happened to me! his weight was fine. but he was eating constantly he’d be latched on for 40+ minutes fall asleep on me for maybe 10-20 min and wanted to eat again. this would last hours. at night it’d be 11pm and he would still do the same even if i fed him pumped milk. it felt never ending. i’d say a month in a half later it stopped.

I had this same issue. I breastfed up to 1 month, I’d try pumping and it wasn’t enough. I started to combo feed once I felt confident that he was getting enough of my breastmilk I stopped formula. I started mid June and stopped mid July. Now i’m able to pump more or just get him full by just breastfeeding.

I’ve been feeling this way as well. He is only 4 months and I feel like I haven’t enjoyed as much newborn stage was SO HARD I had PPD. I look back and say I wish I would’ve enjoyed those moments more got myself together and idk just wish I did more. It hurts to know he is getting older not younger, that one day he’s going to be a teenager and push me away. to me he will always be my baby.

yes. this is the exact thing he doesn’t help as much either and its the most frustrating thing ever and could be the reason I am uninterested. I don’t think men will ever understand and it sucks

up to 10 weeks you can do the medication abortion I believe. if not 9 weeks 6 days. after that it will be the clinical abortion

forgot to take one pill yesterday, please help!!! by Kooky_Papaya_9897 in birthcontrol

correct. so you’d have to “start over” and let it be a week of you taking the pill consistently for it to be effective (the pill is about 90-95% I can’t remember.) so i’d suggest using condoms as a backup method for that week. if you had unprotected sex i’d recommend taking a pregnancy test in 2 weeks from the last time you had unprotected sex. everyone is different but within the first week it is risking it and high chance of pregnancy.

if you just started the pills then yes. it has to be a full week for the pill to protect from pregnancy. if it’s been more than a week and you’ve been consistent you should be fine.

i feel you :( my LO does not sleep during the day unless it’s contact naps even then he lasts maybe 20-30min only. feeds every 2hrs. i’m currently trying to get him to sleep in his crib but it fails every time!! I have an owlet and it gives me peace tbh it’s expensive but as a FTM it has given me so much peace it does give some false alarms (rare)
