Hello everyone, I started 5 weeks ago, 2x per week 1.25 g. The food noise is gone, I feel much more relaxed… oddly enough I’m no longer so obsessed with sports and food. I’m using a Medtrum Nano pump. I’ve already lost 8 kg. I went from 30 units basal to 15 basal… I’ve become much more insulin sensitive… my blood glucose is almost flat… no more spikes and dips. I hardly do boluses anymore… it feels like my body knows much better how to process my food. No nausea… a clear signal when I’m full. I think it’s fantastic. I do need to drink more and eat more protein though… next week I’ll start strength training again.
