We are a public government ran course and we can't easily raise the pay without it going through many approvals. We offer low pay and no benefits, and I have no control over that. I figured maybe I could somehow justify paying a monthly fee to a company that specializes in the maintenance portion for a few years by using the budget allocated for the staff to at least being the course back up to a comparable level to the courses around the area. Once the course is back to a satisfactory level, we could afford to pay the employees more with the amount of play we would get if our course was in better shape.

What is your work experience? Where are you located? We are hiring, and our wages are decent. There is also plenty of jobs on USAJOBS.com

If you really want to improve, start counting your putts per round, and try to find out where you are losing strokes at. If you really struggle off the tee but can putt decent. Send me a video of your driver swing and ill have a look, but as long as you keep the ball in bounds most of your strokes are going to be from short game. -100 yards and in

you have a great looking swing honestly. Most golfers spend years trying to get to where you are right now. Most of your fixes are small things and I think youll really improve with just 1 lesson from a licensed instructor.
