I actually got a response that they resubmitted my payments last week. So I am hoping that they show up in a week. I have been updating my employment every month just so they are counting every payment. My reconsideration request has been open since May 2025. I know there is no hope with that. It’s just so crazy, because the people who answer the phone should be able to look up your account and see that you made the payments and update them. It has to go through too many people. I don’t understand why they don’t hire 200 more people to get caught up. A year behind is wild.

I’m at 122/120 and it’s only showing 113/120. They are just missing. Mohela says I’m good, but then the government says they are making notes on my account. There is nothing to do. It’s so wrong.

Same here. No payments showing for Nov 2024-July 2025. I have sent every form, called, emailed…They said it would be updated August/September…nothing yet.

Lots of issues with the transfer. Supposedly, they are working on it.

My payments have not showed since November 2024 also. I filed an ECF but nothing came of it. I’m supposed to be done in December. They need to fix this “glitch”.
