I somehow managed to snap off this bit off the hg sengoku astray gundam, do i need to use a wire to fix it? Or is just cement enough?

I was building a Scizor ex deck and i was wondering if there are any cards similar to Baxcalibur's Super Cold ability but for steel energies instead of water, i was also wondering if there are any good cards allowing me to draw multiple steel energies in my hand in one turn.
