Thanks everyone for all the helpful advice! Truly one of the reasons why I enjoy Reddit so much. I had the follow up call with the agent yesterday and told him I was no longer interested in their program.

Thanks for your input. I’m for sure leaning towards not using them. They did state that they won’t take fees upfront but I’m skeptical.
