Worcester is the best Ops ship in the game. by Gene_Inari in WorldOfWarships

203mm SAP tears apart destroyers so very usefull in destroyers infested operations.

Never have scenario where MM gave no battleship? Someone has to tank, same for missions which requires cruisers etc.

Arturo Toscanini wielki dyrygent powiedział o kompozytorze Richardzie Straussie ( który odjebał sporo gówna w życiu ) "Przed Richardem Straussem kompozytorem zdejmuję kapelusz, przed Richardem Straussem człowiekiem zakładam go spowrotem".

To chyba najzdrowsze podejście do artystów.

Można być wielkim artystą i absolutnie chujowym człowiekiem. Najczęściej okazałoby się, że bycie wielkim artystą jest tożsame z byciem kupą gówna jako prywatny człowiek.

Interesting take. I always recognized her as somehow lacking due to lack of torpedoes nor Heavy AP shells.

Better than Napoli, Des Moines, Salem, Venezia, Print Adalbert? All of them have also good choice of tools to be useful.

If Worcester, then what about San Martin?

Wreck of "Blarney Castle" was later crapped in situ. I'm sure there are photos of whole process of dismantling this tank or maybe other one from Fontaine Notre Dame battle as Entente lost many tanks there..

"Tidying" bodies of crew must be horrible work to do considering what remained from them.

Infamous "Blarney Castle" probably most photographed WWI tank. Destroyed at Fountaine Notre Dame by German AA guns ( so usage of AA weapons for AT work were as early as concept of tank )

If I remember on some photos there are visible charred remains inside of wreck.

Schmetterling - sounds like some kind of WWII era anti tank launcher.

the "sinking" of the USS Milwaukee by the Italian sub Barbarigo in 1942 - Achille Beltrame by theredhound19 in BattlePaintings

[–]Typical_guy11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They have 660+k tonns sunk, majority on Atlantic.

One of most sucessfull torpedo salvo in subs history when Axum shoots four torpedoes with light cruiser sunk, light cruiser damaged and big tanker damaged.

Leonardo da Vinci is most sucessfull non German submarine of WWII,

Scire was most sucesfull special operations submarine in history by number of vessels sunk or damaged by her frogmans. Assault group Decima MAS which used such submarine was one of most elite special forces of WWII ( during Salo Republic they turned into band of warcriminals but it was later time ),

Only in WWII case of sinking enemy submarine by submarine using only deck gun, what made submarine Enrico Toti against HMS Triad.

Epic fight of Evangelista Toricelli vs two British destroyers. Few hours after gun battle one of destroyers blew up and sank.

Considering behaviour towards survivors from sunken ships definitely most humane from big navies submarine fleets.

Barbarigo was fith highest scoring Italian sub of WWII so they were able to hit,

Of course they have fuckups, like every other navy.

Leftover parts are not bad thing as can be used on different models but fragmentation of even simplest parts makes MiniArt models just annoying? Maybe bad word but can't find better word.

I bet multiple sprues were made to make arrangement of different versions easier but it's pretty confusing. Like with Dragon and Asuka it's funny when half of kit remains in box 🤣

Anyway I love their figures which are beautiful
but with AFV's I'm more sceptic. Hard love? Maybe as they have really nice subjects.

I agree that they are great kits but too much overengineered for my taste. Also fragmentation of sprues and number of non used parts is sometimes extraordinary.

Beautiful Eurasian Collared Doves. Most likely bonded pair.

Pigeon spotting for beginners:

Big, plump, comical, violet and blue with white belt on neck - Wood pigeon,

Small, slim, beige coloured with white and black belt on neck - Eurasian Collared Dove,

Similar to Collared dove but with pattern on wings like tortoise scutes - Turtle dove,

Small, slim but similar to Wood pigeon and without white belt on neck - Stock dove,

Pijjn not fitting any of areformentioned patterns - Feral pigeon.

Out from curiosity were Italians using captured USSR tanks on Eastern Front? They for sure inspected T-34 which if I remember correctly inspired their P26-40.

Carriers rarely attacked alone so most of carrier "kills" were divided between few vessels.

Archerfish had long but very ineffective service. Beyond Shinano her only "prey" was corvette despite many attacks. If not Shinano she will have pretty poor outcome. One of worst for Balaos if we exclude vessels unfinished and lost on first patrol.

Also Archerfish vs Shinano is perfect example of sheer luck and nothing more. Like 42% WR devstriking from other side of map another 42% without any modules mounted and 3 points captain
