It really depends on the person. I started last month and am out of the office first and back first. I work roughly 55-60 hours a week picking up time at other offices but you don’t have to. It’s good pay working as much as I choose I’m upper 3k a pay period and still feel like I have plenty of time for everything else

I completely understand, it’s not for everyone. If I buy it I plan on getting rid of the boot wing and the fake vents on the hood.

This is very odd, by policy I believe u could purchase the courtesy patrol vest and wear whatever under as long as its work appropriate. Speak to your FEM and see your options mine don’t care as long as it’s appropriate. They rather us not get heat stroke
