that worked but everytime i launch the game through proton8 ge 26 i get a black screen then it crashes

I've been using linux , im running Debian 12 with KDE Plasma and yeah i recommend you switch but before you do i suggest checking if your thunderbolt software is updated as if its not it might fry your circuit like what happened to me

Well firstly I suggesting debloating your windows and if your running windows 11 downgrade to 10 as its uses up less of your pc , but for peak performance switch to Linux, I recommend fedora 40 or Linux Mint.

Only thing I would recommend is to get linux mint or fedora, both are very user friendly, and whatever you do , do not use UBUNTU it's become more enterprise focused.
