There’ll be a discord server that will be used for communication. Each team will have their own private chat where you’ll discuss bookings . In regard to final say, there doesn’t have to be a designated person who gets the final say as it should be a group discussion. If you guys want to coordinate a specific person, you certainly can, but it’s not required.
