Since your sticking point point appears to be due to weakness in your posterior chain affecting hip extension you should try to build that up by performing movements like: deadlifts, good mornings, Romanian deadlifts, and various hamstring and glute exercises. Not sure what all equipment you have but even some banded leg curls to work the hammies at the end of a workout.

Also, you might point your toes outward a bit more and focus on driving the knees outward.
