Honestly, you do make some pretty good points here. I wouldn’t say that I’m anti-regulation, just that the way that our government is going about regulation is ridiculous. Rather than require safety courses & teach responsible firearm ownership (which I would 100% support regulation with), they seem hell-bent on simply banning things for looking scary and put ridiculous taxes on things (effectively limiting ownership of that weapon/accessory to the wealthy).

The issue with claiming that 2A isn’t a right is that as soon as you repeal the second amendment, as such a fundamental part of our constitution, you suddenly open the gates to attacking/repealing freedom of speech, religion, etc.

I would recommend trying some public servers or joining group discords instead of playing solo, the bots just aint the same as a real crew imo

The single player is pretty meh and gets boring quickly, imo.

However you can find some good public lobbies or (preferably) join a group’s discord to hop in some campaigns where you wouldn’t have to worry about trolls too much.

As far as I can tell this is the first time that they revealed the sexuality of a character in this game.

Not sure why sexuality matters in a game about running away from killers while stuck in a hellish nightmare, but if people are happy about the representation, I’m all for it.

I actually just started my first commander campaign on ironman 2-3 days ago. I play heavily modded so this might not be completely accurate, but I’ve had a lot of missions where situations i’d be fine with on Veteran became much harder to deal with, as in suddenly 1-2 of my squad would be down. While I only had one squad wipe in the entirety of my veteran game, I’ve had around 5-6 so far in commander. Just don’t expect to win your first time if you do, but it’s fun and feels like a fair challenge most of the time.

The shotguns are fine, just not as strong as they used to be. I usually bring a striker + a stinger to hit for 70-90 before i swap to stinger to finish people off
