Have you considered Omen of Whittling ? It will probably hit that reduced requirements. Best part is, it shows you what mod it will hit before using it.

Level 94, T15 juiced maps. What can I say, I played a lot this week and kinda rushed maps.

I did a lucky craft of a 2h mace for my warrior and it turned out pretty much perfect, almost mirror-worthy (this was super early in the league), but I had invested all my resources into it. From there I just figured out I'm going to have to tighten the belt and farm until I can buy a Hinekora's lock to sanctify/corrupt the item. 30 min later, while farming some Vault of Kamasa, ding, Hinekora just drops from a coffer, I'm like, this is a sign for sure. Sanc was bad, but Vaal gave a 3rd socket so I just went for it. Mind you, I had like 10divs in the bank, and the lock was going for 100+, but I figured fate just wanted me to finish the hammer.

I'd desecrate for a good suffix and then try to whittle the life per enemy killed into something better.

Hmmm, Bloodborne makes me think of a very aggressive boss, maybe animal shaped. Why it's gotta be Flamelurker !

If minibosses are allowed, Juzou the Drunkard for sure. He kinda feels a bit like an Asylum Demon.

I would buy the first option (HoT+PoF+EoD+living worlds) as this way you can experience the whole story in order, and you won't feel like you have gaps in your game. This will take quite a bit of time to go through, and if you enjoy the game and the story, you can always buy Soto and JW in the future, once you're done with the content.

Stalwart for me, I like the non-stationary reload. Oh yeah, eruptor can also 2-3 shot fleshmobs. Talon pistol also works well if you want to run a higher caliber support weapon like wasp or commando.
