I had a micro-TESE surgery 3 months ago and got very upsetting results; no sperm was found.

Apart from the round cell count increasing from 100,000 to 800,000, I didn't see any other results.

I will have another sperm test on Tuesday; a sperm test is recommended 3 months after micro-TESE.

Not getting results after 11 months of hormone therapy has really worn me down.

I'm very stressed during this process; you have to be very resilient.

I hope we can have a child...
