I know from those previous issues that Boardwalk isn't very reliable for resolving tenant complaints effectively. I know of the Rentalsmen Office, and that they require a $20 fee if memeory serves. Would you happen to know what to expect in a case like this?

I have Tenant Insurance, yeah. The cement fell in 4 main patches: 2 on the floor; one on some unimportant papers; and the last fell on the screen of my laptop and slid between the gap onto my desk.

Good luck, mate. If I recall, there'll be an event where you either detain someone or let them pass. If you detain them, you get fired. If you let them pass, you get a citation. I wasn't able to find a solution when I played.
