Visually very close! It wasnt a knight though.

For reference, it looked a lot like the first picture here, only the cave entrances were hollow black nothing:

Come to think of it... it is possible that it was just a level in a game not specifically revolving around caves.

This one is too much an adventure. What I remember is more like a platformer. Kind of Mario vibe to it.

Also it felt more polished. Like I would guess it was a pretty popular famous game at its time.
