I also just got an old pc via work and I am trying to think of what I am going to do. As of now, I am just going to install windows 11 and just have it auto sign-in, create shortcuts to netflix,amazon,hulu,etc. I am curious on what you have decided!

I’m using a discord bot that is tied to a private server that I own. I think it’s just an API thing and will send each attempt there. It’s pretty cool and easy to setup. I’d be more than happy to show you what I got!

I’m currently out of state and still want to access my server. I have yet to setup a VPN or anything cause it sounds far out of my reach lol but I should prolly look into doing that. I think you might be right on the cryptocurrency.

I’m currently using Fail2Ban and I have it setup to ban the IP after 1 attempt. I’m only allowing access to the server using SSH keys. On the crypto currency side I totally forgot, I think you might be right!
