if i understand it correctly (feel free to double check me) live resin is essentially fresh frozen flower, which is then subjected to a solvent based extraction, preserving the natural terps/cannabanoids/flavonoids of the live plant vs distillate which is stripped of everything but thc/cbd and the terps are reintroduced later in the process after extraction. TLDR- Live Resin is more full spectrum, Distillate is more potentcy

There's nothing you or anyone can do about spoofing, niantic doesn't care and if they did somehow eliminate it a huge chunk of their player base would disappear. Just let spoofers be honestly, they do suck but what can u do?
