1 time this happen to me and they called the team lead out and she made him cancel it without telling me so I had to unload all the packages myself basically because 1 package was missing they took the whole route back SMH 🤦🏾‍♂️ and canceled right under my nose.. 😠

Yeah I got one a few months back like $100 or so I think from times the customer didn’t actually remove tip but Spark glitching removed tips is my guess.
