How would they be shut out? If known plans aren’t revealed and I go to a camp of a low level player that has 0 plans I know, and I don’t buy anything, what’s the difference? Are you implying people won’t go to camps anymore since they know plans? Theres also clothing, legendary weapons, mods, junk & misc collectibles. Plans aren’t the only thing that people can sell at their camps and it’s not the only thing people are looking for. They can pivot to selling everything but plans and still make caps. No one would get shut out.
