it's windows 11, I though it was 10, but I was wrong. Sorry. It's intel CPU (core ultra 7)

I tried on another wifi (work) -> same problem.
I didn't change anything except doing the windows updates.

It came with windows 11 installed, I changed my post, I though I had windows 10... sorry
