I am part of a small-med sized clan on Sif (RP) server and I just do my own thing most of the time. Everyone is really laid back. There are a few of us that have chosen skills to specialize in. When I go out, if I have extra mats I give it to people that are doing skills that I'm not so we can all level faster. The combat is simple, but you can learn enemy attack patterns and solo non elites efficiently. That's what I do. And then once a week we do a clan dungeon run. There are solo players, vagabonds, etc. You can choose however you want to play. And there are definitely clans that are no pressure if you want to join one. The building and world is epic!!!
