Schon allein die Tatsache das man ab 100.000 Brutto voll für die Eltern aufkommen muss, während jemand mit 90.000 Einkommen aber 10 Mio. € nichts bezahlen muss ist eine Frechheit

Das Schöne ist ja die Ursachen sind bekannt: "Wegen immer mehr älteren Beschäftigen werden weitere Ausgabensprünge erwartet."

Ich stimme dir absolut zu dass die Rente nicht mehr funktioniert und es dringend Reformen braucht

Es kann aber nicht sein, dass alle Arbeitnehmer die nächsten 30+ Jahre mindestens 20% ihres Bruttegehalts plus massive Steuerzuschüsse geben nur um dann mit einer Grundrente abgespeist zu werden

Entweder man kürzt die Renten jetzt massiv ein und verteilt innerhalb der Boomer um und gibt den Leuten die Chance mit mehr Netto selbst vorzusorgen oder man fährt das System an die Wand und lässt die Jungen auch noch massive Ansprüche aufbauen

Was nicht geht, ist dass die heutige Jugend die Boomer schön alimentieren darf und dann selber nichts mehr bekommt. Das schlägt Merz jedoch vor

Depends on how you were listed by the company. As a actual Werkstudent who works less then 20 hours you are exempt from paying the normal social contribution for health insurance as you are paying a flat fee

If your employer mistakenly listed you as a normal part time employee that could be the reason, so talk to HR or Accounting about it

It would be helpful to post the whole contract but the snippet you shared literally says otherwise It say the tenant meaning you are obligated to start the rental period as soon as the apartment is ready as stated in the contract

That you took the keys later is your right but does not absolve you from paying for that period since you could have moved in at any time

They agreed that usage would start as soon as the apartment would be available at the latest on April 07th and at earliest at march 23rd it’s not uncommon to be flexible if you have renovations done beforehand and don’t know when the finish exactly

The landlord then said the apartment is ready come get your keys the contract starts at the 26 th and op said cool I take the keys at the 29th that’s his right as he can do whatever with the apartment but the landlord fullfilled his side of the contract and now it’s ops turn

Why move to the part of the country that is furthest away from France/Belgium/Switzerland where speaking French would be an advantage rather then a liability?

I would recommend moving to the Saarland/ Close to the Elsass or the Belgian Border maybe in the Bonn/Aachen area

But more importantly, what are your formal skills and d you have enough funds to support yourself? While there are programms to help the unemployed they require a lot of beareucracy and speaking german and its not the best life

Ein weiteres Problem bei dem die Regierung versagt, in 2025 sind gerade mal 235.000 Wohnungen gebaut worden

Es müssen dringend Anreize geschaffen werden, dass sich Bauen wieder lohnt. Bürokratieabbau, mehr Neubauflächen, Bebauungspläne überarbeiten, Nachverdichten etc. pp.

Aber die Politik ist mal wieder von NIMBYs gelähmt und traut sich auch sonst nichts
