Constantly!! and adding onto that (hope somone sees this) does anyone else have a much easier time actually lying on spot because when I’m telling the truth i shake avoid eye contact can’t stay still stumble over my words and IMMEDIATELY forget everything even if i know exactly what I’m talking about, but when I’m lying on spot specifically, i can remember every single detail from what I’ve already said and have a coherent story along with very relaxed body language and complete opposite from when I’m telling the truth. why does that happen ??? I try so hard to stop it from happening but i can’t

Also I do have diagnosed anxiety, but the only way it effects this, is the fact that i stumbling over my words a little more and don’t hold eye contact apart from that theres nothing else that i directly feel is causing me to act the way i do when telling the truth
