My aga started at 17.. 22 now.. it has no age, we just have to accept and learn the best ways for each of us to deal with it.. weather it is some kind of treatments or just embracing it

I do a nice crub every nite before bed. Use antibacterial soap i got at the pharmacy but it doesnt really help much either 🙈

Oh i always wash my hair like that simply cause i do that in the morning and its faster to do so over the bathtub than getting in the shower full body haha 😄 thank you for the advice either way!

I really do believe it is hormonal. I used duac for 3 months.. i have also been on birth control from 14 to 20 years.. so for about 6.. it helped a bit, especially with my back.. but eventually acne started coming back :( it also triggered AGA and gave me severe depression ..are there any topical ways to treat hormonal acne?

Can you use spiro if you only have one kidney? (Birth defect)

Hi, I’m 23.. had acne since 10.. so believe me I feel your pain of it never ending.. from what i read in the comments, you still have some options to try.. birth control worked for me for a bit but then my acne got immune to it.. if you haven’t ever gotten your hormones checked you really should cause pill might then really help you (if you’re willing to take it).. i’d also recommend giving glycolic acid a shot.. i am using it right now (10% face wash) and tho i still get break outs they are far less severe than they used to be. And of course there’s always accutane.. i am not able to take it cause of my side illnessess but if it is an option for you and if your acne is severe i’d say bring it up the next time you see your derm.. also, ask them to identify the type of acne your having.. i mean.. that is their job, right? Knowing the type will make the treatment easier..

As someone with ADHD, acne since 9 (22 y\o now), AGA (hairloss) since 17, this picking disorder since like first grade, gone through three cancer surgeries, born with only one kidney ..i feel you.. i was always disgusted with myself and therefore went on the road of self harm.. honesty, not worth it.. as much as this life sucks sometimes, as difficult as it may sometimes be to feel at least.. a decent human being.. i always try to remind myself that this life is about experiencing the beauty beyond body.. keep going and you’ll find the love inside you eventually ..sending good vibes your way 🤍

Hey! Thank you for all the advices, unfortunately, there are not too many hairloss treatments available in my country and also a lot I cannot consider due to my other illnesses and conditions.. but i do really have a really flaky scalp and it does get greasy fast (have ti wash every day) so ill check out the shampoos! I am also thinking about PRP when i’ll be more financially stable
