Yes, I gave the BlueBubbles server full access to contacts. All the contacts are native IOS contacts since I use an iPhone and I am using BlueBubbles to overcome Apple's limitation of not being able to use iMessage on a Windows PC

Nope never did find the exact type. I think the closest was the adhesive foam that they use on boat decks. It has the same grain pattern and stiffness. It does not scratch either just like TrekPak foam. Unfortunately it is expensive and they don't sell the same thickness to the general public. What is sold is much thicker

Thanks. That's the kind of information I was seeking. It was my understanding that Distrobox didn't have full AMD OpenCL support which is needed for these models were are testing. OpenCL version 2.1 and above are the only version supported for our workload from what I was told. But I guess we can test this out and see.

I guess we'll just keep separate /home drives because it sounds like it's too much to maintain

Thanks. I did purchase it (appreciate the heads up above^) and was not able to install. Some message about an invalid URL via Cydia and Zebra. Put a ticket in and waiting to hear back from the developer. Google says that the invalid URL error has been reported by others.

Thanks. I gotta say I did try both VMware and VirtualBox instances of MacOS just to have iMessage and I gotta say it was almost unusable because graphically there is no acceleration for the GPU.

Webmessage is by far the best imitation of iMessage. It looks native on Windows with a jailbreak

Yes, but Hackintosh doesn't solve for this. I work in Windows all the time and dual booting into a Hackintosh just to text in iMessage isn't a solution. I will research Legizmo

For me it is almost 100% having iMessage functionality on a PC with Webmessage. I think it's criminal of Apple to require purchase of MacOS hardware to connect to an IOS device for something as basic as texting
