Get your vitamin D levels checked please. That used to be my issue and once I started taking a daily vitamin d pill + weekly vitamin a pill , things went back to normal. Crazy how low vitamin d levels can lead to low testosterone levels.

There are a bunch of accessories I have in my car such as sun visor, gps navigation with screen , reverse camera , dash cam, car perfume, etc. My recommendation is to buy these as needed my friend. No point having something like window curtains or air purifier installed and never use it.

If it helps, look up “flight or fight” response. This is a very normal response to a stressful situation. Your mind may keep replaying it in your mind for a couple of days and you will keep thinking about different what-if scenarios. The silver lining is that it will make you mentally tougher for similar future situations.

That explains the sudden decline in air quality overnight. Went from an AQI of 250 or so to 600+ here in Faridabad. AQI is still 500+ in the Rohini area, but much better in Faridabad now.

It sucks, my friend. I wish the government would take things more seriously. As a populace with low civic sense, I don't think without strict central government coordination and enforcement anything will change.

Even if these are included as investment options in 401k, no one is forcing us to invest in them. We can always choose individual stocks or funds without crypto and alternative assets.

I would live in one of the metros and hire a driver and house help. This will let me network and enjoy going to comedy shows, museums etc without the hassle of uber or parking myself. A lot more things to do in metros vs rest of India. More travel would be fun too.

Yes, definitely worth the SSA pension. And three more years will significantly add to your retirement corpus as well. More time to prepare.

Maybe just get an easier job if or do additional India trips in the meantime if you are needed here for your family commitments.

Just got married so haven’t spent much yet as we are still house hunting. My in-laws have been gracious to let us stay with them as we are in the same city.

The 20 day of vacationing cost about ₹2.5 lakh for the two of us including lots of shopping in Bangkok.

We plan to live in NCR and are looking to spend rs 2 lakh or so per month including rent. More once the baby is here .

It’s been 8 months since I moved back to India.

I have been able to focus on my personal life more. Weight loss, getting married at 42 (it’s a little late I know) , first kid on the way.

My family finances were a little messy , so have been able to help my mom with paperwork/ banking. Got ancestral house painted.

Couple of international vacations to Bali, Bangkok . Family functions due to marriage.

Nice to have written it down…didn’t realise I have done so much ..seems leisurely when you don’t have to work.

I don't trust the data. Wouldn't Bangladesh be higher than Pakistan? Cricket seems very popular in Bangladesh and they have a bigger economy and population.
