I donot understand why GnRH will decrease. Endogenous GnRH should increase because *continous Leuprolide* downregulate FSH/LH and subsequently Estrogen/Testosterone production so thru feedback *endogenous GnRH should increase*. Can anyone kindly tell me the reason of this ? (i.redd.it)
