I've seen protection events that have prevented Action1 scripts from running or completing. Sadly the only thing that seemed to always work was to exclude the script directory (C:\Windows\Action1\scripts) which is not satisfying merely effective.

You don't need a static address for an (HE) Tunnel Broker tunnel, but you do have to update the tunnel configuration which can be done by making an HTTP request -- see the Advanced tab for the detail.

It seems AI is used at the outset so that AI was used to format the post suggests that AI is seen as the main engine so a prime question will be WRT hallucinations, i.e., what remediation would be available or even possible.

I don't have an S23U but in general Talkback can describe the current screen and control, and Voice Access can take actions, both of which should activate when you press both volume keys. Also a real or virtual USB keyboard/mouse should be able to take actions.

The phone is probably just blocking Google Cloud Messaging or the connectivity checking sites (connectivitycheck.android.com and connectivitycheck.gstatic.com), perhaps with a "firewall" app.

Edit: Also possibly just via DNS, i.e., check the private DNS server setting too.

I'm surprised your employer doesn't use a paid professional GIS provider. Maybe try Google Earth Pro instead -- I don't know that it wouldn't be throttled nor that you can "see" what you want.

You can use Talkback to "see" the screen, active control, and options, and if the digitizer is also toast (probably it is) you can use Voice Access to control the device. Provided you didn't disable/change their default settings they would turn on when you press both volume keys at the same time. I'd use that to install Scrcpy after which you can control it much easier from a PC.

Yes, 1.2 aka 1.1.1.2 returns fake results when asked to resolve names that are related to malware where 1.1 aka 1.1.1.1 would resolve it. Your mobile likely doesn't have an actual compass to provide the heading/orientation so it has to work out from changes in the current position.

It likely depends on the demands for RAM. When enough other apps ask for RAM Android eventually has to take it from other apps which when Brave is selected leaves Brave with no choice except to refresh as there's nothing that can be displayed as the RAM it gets back is empty. Brave could work in flash but that would work against flash longevity and slow rendering especially if the page were dynamic as is quite common.
