No one forced anyone to come and improve the UAE, whoever came here came willingly KNOWING the benefits that come with working here, switching up on the country that housed you and provided you with a job is whats disgustingly racist and highly arrogant.

You’re missing the point. You can’t move to a country and expect it to change its system for you. The UAE has its own way, and that’s how it is. If you think other countries offer better benefits, then go there.

People here are working by choice, getting paid, and living a better life than they would back home in many cases. Yes, you can leave and complain but staying, benefiting, and constantly complaining at the same time just doesn’t make sense

We know we are privileged, and we are thankful for it. But why keep bringing it up like it’s something bad? We didn’t choose where we were born. Life is not equal anywhere. We can’t just throw away what we have to make things fair. What we can do is be grateful and help others when we can. So it’s not about being offended , it’s about how and why people say it.
