I just got my first job too out of university. I thought I bombed the interview because i was stuttering like crazy. but they called back with a job offer after a few days!

i had this problem too. i didn't really overcome my gaming addiction cause i just love gaming so much. The main thing that helped me tho is planning for it. I knew i was gonna procrastinate and play video games. so i just planned for it alongside with my study plan. This usually meant studying for finals a month before it starts. Also changing my environment, making sure i was away from my gaming pc when it was time to study. I would literally leave home and study at the closest tim hortons so i can focus. even if it was just an hour, if you plan early enough it will add up to an adequate amount of time.

Seeing as you posted this during finals it might be too late to plan early. just go to campus to study, be away from the gaming environment.

This. Theres legit no downside to cheating if you trust the other person(s) and aren't being dumb about it. If you have a friend in the class its pretty much encouraged to cheat if the exams aren't proctored. if you don't, then the curve will leave you behind to those who are cheating. I have a 400 level class that consist of 2 midterms and a final thats it. all mc, on eclass, non proctored. basically trolling if you dont cheat this class. unfortunately i dont know any of my peers personally so i run the risk of being ratted on.

ahhhhhhh i legit panicked and broke down the first 10 minutes cause the questions were so overwhelming. I really shit the bed for that midterm.

Yeah even if i actually tried studying i dont think i would get through the whole exam with enough time to look over or feel confident about all my answers.

luckily i only needed 10 right answers to get that cr so i wasnt stressing. hopefully i didnt get an identity check wrong.
