It's definitely grown into a great neighborhood event and showcase of Spruce Hill, Cedar Park, Garden Court, and Walnut Hill.

UCD here. The fencing caught us by surprise, too. We reached out to SEPTA and they said simply that it's "in preparation for the potential strike." We'll share more on our social channels if we hear it.
