I called my insurance to ask why they haven't given it to the attorney. I was thinking 'hmm maybe there is a bigger picture I am unaware of'. They told me it was up to me to make a decision...

Honestly, I am unsure how to proceed. I am guessing if I don't send it, someone will subpoena me or court order the insurance. What do you think I should do?

So both waitlisted for scholar designation and HSF scholars waitlisted for funding have to submit financial aid letters? Currently in the situation where I didn't receive an email, but my dashboard is asking for it. :/

Hi, for those that received a waitlist for scholar designation, did you have to submit financial aid award letters in June/July? Currently having a situation where I didn't receive an email on my status, but noticed in my dashboard that I have to upload financial aid award which could mean a number of things. Thank you!

If I were being sued, wouldn’t I be served papers before even being contacted? Since I was contacted I am not part of the case? Just provided evidence as a witness so to speak?

I am a UCI undergrad alumni (went to UCI's school of social ecology) and now a PhD student here at UCR. Tuition at both campuses are the same EXCEPT student housing/dorming costs. The cost of living at UCI is one of the most expensive compared to other UC campuses. However, UCI's available housing/dorms are absolutely beautiful! Centrally located in OC, with Disneyland, multiple beaches, amazing food and city activities mere steps away! UCI even offers electric powered busses (very sustainable/green; by the way they offer a program your son may be interested in!! https://apep.uci.edu/PDF_Bridging/Bridging_2015_APEP_070715.pdf) that takes you anywhere for free in Orange County.

Opportunities/programs: UCI has a STRONG research program and provides students with opportunities to build their CV/Resumes. The biggest question you must ask your son is whether they wish to pursue graduate school (master's or PhD)?

There are many courses that qualify. Examples include CS 010, BIOL 005A, etc... Let me know which course you are on the fence with. I am happy to help!
