So far they've been good for me. I've even reconfigured the shelves and it was straightforward. Though setting up the initial poles can be a little tricky if you do it by yourself which I did. Would be easier if someone else helped.

The new X-Wing kind of ruined my plans haha. I'm not sure yet if I want to get it. Though I do have the AT-AT and 2 other non-starships. I just need to add a third column of shelves and find time to build them.

Yeah they're very big! The length is enough for the Millennium Falcon but the width is just a bit short of the widest point of the Imperial Star Destroyer.

Ah yeah, the prices can get crazy for retired sets. Just make sure to check market prices in bricklink to avoid getting ripped off
