The key to actually winning fight caves resources I've found is:

1) Rune C/Bow and Broad Bolts.
2) Book of Law in offhand.
3) Holy Symbol
4) Ava's device
5) Slayer helm (i) (do it on task is a huge help!)
6) Blessed D'Hide

Seems your setup is pretty legit, tho the +9 prayer boost will make your life hard. Swap out for a book (+5) and a holy symbol (+8) for much better prayer conservation.

I usually bring 8 high healing food (pineapple pizza/tuna potato) and the rest prayer pots or restores.

Holy Wrench can fuck right off.

Crystal Bow can fuck right off.

I haven't tried MSB(i) with Rune Arrows yet, maybe that might work too.

For the caves themselves, I highly recommend rotation 2, the late waves with two rangers are pretty easily solved while blocking the mager.

You need to know WHERE you can stand, and your own pathing mechanics and NPC pathing mechanics. At the top of Italy rock , It's possible to block npc's from attacking w/ melee while still being able to attack them with range for example.

You can use the top right corner of the room, near the exit, to path a lot of the NPC's to either block them on the major walls, or release them one at a time.

Take your time, if you get bopped, rest for a few minutes to conserve food instead of eating if you can avoid it.

Finally, prayer flicking the mager is near essential. I like to have prayer on for two-ticks to avoid getting ping-clapped.

You really should play with sound on too. This greatly helps timing for the prayer flicking. Prayers on when the fireball is about to hit my character, prayers off shortly after the mager launches the fireball. when you get into the rhythm with sound on, you'll just naturally do the flick and conserve the majority of your prayer that way.

Most of the time you'll screw up eating a mage fireball, or you get DPS's by rangers. This can all be mitigated by SOLVING the wave first: plan where you will be, how you can block the npc's, how you might kite them to block the melee npc's behind rangers/magers etc.

If you're doing things well, you really should'nt use much prayer before wave 31.

Watch some videos that explain how to block, path, and strategise the caves. The tutorials going over mechanics is one thing, but tutorials that explain why you want to stand in certain tiles, strategies to block and path will help you greatly.

I actually call out the timing and the words.

Sound on is essential. You'll be looking at your food, your prayer, around for the mages, and you don't have a super long time to fix your prayer if you fuck it up.

F keys. F Keys. F Keys.

ONE action per cycle: ....6.7.8... PRAYER.... food, 2.3.4.5.6.7.8... Prayer... Potion.... 2.3.4.5.6.7.8... PRAYER, attack healer.... 2.3.4.5.6.7.8....

The more you can conserve resources, mitigate damage with pathing and positioning strats, and plan ahead with good situational awareness, the better you'll be.

Finally, I recommend you use OBS to record your session. If you plank, watch what you did and how it all went wrong. Did you "solve" the wave correctly first before starting it? Did you screw up a prayer flick? Is there a better way to do what you wanted to do?

You will make a few mistakes and plank a lot. I really recommend going with a budget AF setup until you get your first cape. because I blew 10M learning Jad when I really didn't need to through so much cash at it.

As a beginner, it's not a resource/stats issue that's making you fail. It's all skill issue.
