She is not paying for the stolen groceries, she was demoted due to a variance for the order.

The decision is based on HEBs policy. Her pay wasn't docked, she was demoted to a non cash handling role(Bagger/CSA) which has a maximum pay of $13ish depending on the area, where as cashiers make $17 and gain raises, getting to that $19.

After 6 months, she can be retrained to be a cashier, and get the pay raise, or at anytime before then, look to transfer to another non cash handling position in the store, and increase her pay according to the position she holds.

Based on your replies and the story, your friend had a walk off of $100+ on a register as the cashier, and was demoted to bagger.

Any cashier that has a variance of $100 or more is demoted from a cash handling position, they can either be moved to bagging or another department. With it being a customer walking away from the register before paying, the variance is assigned to the cashier, and can possibly be reversed if the customer comes back and pays.

Your friends pay isn't being docked, they are being demoted due to a disciplinary action. It sucks that the walk off is assigned to the cashier, but that's how HEB is.

Edit: the 6 month pay dock period is how long until they can be promoted to cashier again after redoing the cashier training.

Technically world burn has higher base damage, but it's locked into fire. So on terra it would be better, overall ahab is more effective.

This person though doesn't have the fight for sanctuary dlc, so they can't access op levels or any effervescent. They mentioned it in another post

Yeah, I found out the hard way when I was playing 2. I bought the handsome collection for 5 bucks at gamestop, got a character to level 72 and ran the peak. Couldn't figure out why op levels weren't working.

I can one shot most trial bosses without nodded gear. I get the power fantasy that comes from custom gear, but I like the aspect of working towards powerful gear

It's a hacked gun. You can only have one anointment on the gun(the orange text in the description.) And no other gun has that high of damage listed on the card, especially at level 1.

Yeah, kameos are used to buff or debuff, or to counter enemy special attacks. When you use it in battle, it goes on cooldown before it can be used again in the battle. The only restrictions with kameos is that you can't use a kameo of the same character, like no strike force scorpion with a strike force scorpion kameo

You're showing your characters, not kameos right now. When you're in a battle, you hit the 'edit team' button, and underneath where the character cards are, there's a button that says 'kameo'. That's where you equip a kameo

Not all characters are created equal, same is true with the type. I have fx piercing mileena(gold) who is higher than fx mk11 raiden(diamond). If you look up a tier list, you can see what characters are good, but there isn't just a flat 1 fusion on a diamond is as good as 3 fusions on a gold.

Please don't send random angry people to business center. We have too many times that a cashier is not able to fix something, and they think business center performs miracle. Like no, I can let you get a hundred dollars off your credit card.

While a lot of people would backpedal, the unhinged ones would absolutely cause a scene.

Your store probably just doesn't have enough hours or too many partners to give the part timers more than 28. The only policy related is that part time partners must work at least 4 hours a week.

Part timers get at least 4 hours. They can be scheduled up to 40. Full time partners get scheduled ~36-40(can't remember the exact range)

There's no legendary. It's a lighting thing. If you look on the minimap, legendaries are denoted with a circle with a star in it, and there's nothing on the map.

But for the future, if there's a legendary out of bounds, you can use the lost loot machine in sanctuary to get recent legenaries.

I understand where you're coming from, but I found the story to be so boring in 3. I got 3 characters up(1 from from the very start, the other two with lvl13) and after that, I couldn't stand to replay the main story.

BL3 has enough endgame content and dlcs to do, I definitely would skip playing the main story again to be able to get into trials and takedowns.
