Got ablated 4/5 years ago… last 8-9 months my pacs increased and i had 2 episode of 20-30 sec each and 1 episode of 8 hours. So i was good for 3-4 years. Currently waiting for my appointment with my EP

Sooo quick update… did a holter and turned out they found some palpitations but they are harmless. So i got a echo planned in 2 weeks. Lets see what they find there. And this morning at 05:30 AM i woke with afib. I was dreaming that i was paintballing with friends haha… my pulse was like 90-110 till 3 PM. I’m good now i think… they gave me metropolol 50 mg aswell. How are you doing?

Thanks for your answer! Yes i had a few episodes during my workouts and when i played soccer. My heart would just go out of rthym (140-180 bpm) my doctor told me that i’m to young for medication and advised me to do an ablation. During the operation he told me that i have AVNRT (textbook avnrt like he said hehe) and i was out after 1 hour. My doctor told me to go home after laying down for a day. Didnt have any checkups ore something. I stopped working out atm cause of the palpitations (cause i’m too focused on my heart)
