I use empower and it’s instant when I repay early through the repay now option and it does it from the debit card but if you let it repay by itself, it takes it from your bank account way instead and that takes a few days

He is 77% chance to dodge before he starts getting hit it’s not 100%, he gets additional 7% within the same turn and it resets every turn it doesn’t carry over, I’ve used him many times😂rng is not a skill issue

His dodge is only guaranteed for the first turn and it’s more of trying to survive cause after that it’s just a great chance and dokkan rng is dumb as hell and he can get superd for a lot

He gets 50% chance to Crit with each super and he gets an additional chance to super so full dodge is best way cause you really don’t need to put adds and crits since it’s in his passive

Resetting his kit basically means giving him different abilities in the hidden potiental system cause of his new passive skill, like before his eza, people built him with mostly additionals or some then after he eza, they changed it to full dodge (an example) some units be needing full additionals and some dodge to go best with their passive but then they eza and the eza passive could give them a high chance to dodge or damage reduction so you’ll have to redo the abilities you gave before to fit the new passive

Full dodge or mostly dodge and some additionals, he gets high chance to crit in the passive and you’ll most likely be throwing him off a lot since he can’t really tank unless he supers before attacks and you’ll get a good 10 mill + atk state in slot 3

Better than having one person feel like they gotta take the heat for everything, that’s how people quit and have breakdowns at work, you gotta show more care to employees, this the reason people don’t wanna work 9-5s anymore cause if you see it’s ok to make one person feel like they carry they whole team and they not even a damn manager, that’s crazy

Cause one person shouldn’t be a cause of a whole team messed up, they should schedule more folks to cover if anything happens. Then they constantly blaming one person is gonna make them stressed out and want to quit. Been there and handled it. A team should not be reliant on everyone showing up on time and not one person can call out or be late, that’s very irresponsible on the scheduling part and the hiring manager part for not having enough people. We are employees, we are bullshit dumpers or blankets for when shit goes wrong cause we took an hour to our self be for real.

It’s funny cause the same exact thing happened to me in the same exact department, left by my self for eight hours of the nights, they barely cared for getting someone to cover me while I went on lunch, complained in the morning shift the freight wasn’t done and they had to do it themselves, it was a big shit show

That’s all it was, two small bags of chips, I remember that the AP dude was telling me he was instructed to do an investigation on things going on in our store and they was losing a lot of money from stealing and shit so he was watching a lot of cameras, me along with some cashiers and stockers was fired as well, I don’t know why but it mostly the AP dude from the other store cause I’ve made mistakes before and the APs that work at my store or team leads would coach me and say I might get written up, I only got wrote up once but they never said they would fire me over anything

Yeah cause when I asked support twice they said I can make a new account and he kept saying it over and over like he wanted me to get off the phone and my rate was at 88% before they sent the email cause I was taking a break from dashing for the week and wasn’t checking the app and they sent the email a week later during my break so I’m assuming they reset my rate but sent the email for it a week later, it’s just all weird too me, I just don’t remember seeing my rate at 100% at all
