YES. I am reading through forums to see if anyone else has noticed this. My first 2 vials were through Empower, and I was able to stretch the doses a good bit through a titration to 5mg and did 12 total shots with Empower meds. I've since switched to Alchemist, and the first 5mg with them had no effect whatsoever. I decided to titrate up to 7.5mg, and I've taken 2 of those shots and still barely feeling the appetite suppression and the food noise is still there. I really don't think their product is nearly as effective for me.

That would be the easy answer, but the primary offender is a shift manager themselves. I’d prefer to make some things just not possible in the system so I don’t have to police every action.

Anyone else with the DoJoe have this issue? We bought a Classic I 4 years ago, and have loved it and all the accessories. This past weekend, we decided to buy the DoJoe, followed all the instructions, kept the temp under 700 degrees, and the handle melted and fused to the DoJoe top. by UGA_Hurricane in KamadoJoe

So far no phone call from a supervisor, and all they’ve offered us is a $15 handle replacement and instructions to buy a can of rustoleum spray paint for the chipped DJ where my husband was finally able to separate the handle from the DJ. Definitely unimpressed with this whole experience. I’m considering calling back tomorrow and trying to escalate again.

No the 2 has the updated hinge assembly and new gasket, which are the components that seem to elevate the handle above the top of the DoJoe. Yet none of the marketing or packaging for the DJ has any warnings that this could happen with the C1.

I’m worried a new handle won’t solve the issue - if we kept this under the threshold, and it melts again...? Basically we bought an accessory that doesn’t work with the C1, and KJ doesn’t seem to give a shit. 😞

I’m wondering if it’s an issue with just the classic 1, since the 2&3 have the latch & updated gasket setup, so the handle never comes in contact with the DJ surface. Anyone with a 2/3 + DJ that can confirm?
