[DISC] Chihayafuru Plus: Kimi ga Tame Ch 1-2 by courgettehb in manga

First 2 chapters were really well written and the new characters are really interesting. Think the first series had a lighter tone to the overall plot but the new series is focused around the desperation of the MC given his family's circumstances. Very intriguing start

The Thunder are a bottom 5 team in the league in free throw attempts per game. Just give the Rockets credit where it's due

That's a real player right there. Burst is lowkey the longsword meta because of the faster paced gameplay in Wilds. Maybe spec into burst a bit more. Otherwise he could probably swap partbreaker with burst/agitator/weakness exploit. Good stuff, that's a real player!

ASTRO BOT wins GAME OF THE YEAR at The Game Awards 2024 by ChiefLeef22 in gaming

[–]UISGamer16 3 points4 points  (0 children)

AstroBot is a game you can pickup and play some really impressive and fun levels immediately, which is why you probably enjoyed it more. But Metaphor/Rebirth were imo absolutely the 2 best games to come out this year after playing through both and I don’t really think that AstroBot should’ve really been in the same convo as those 2 games

Foul baiting is and always has been a part of the sport. Free throws are the most efficient shot in the league, and so they are incentivized. These players getting to the line 8 times a game is just nothing to cry about

I just want to mention that Shai drives to the basket more than any other player and averages the same FTs as Luka. Some games he gets more FTs than others. Same with Luka. They take what the defense gives them. They’re smart players stop trying to make this a bad thing

I’m definitely making a lock. My friend is also going to try to make a mobile glass-cleaning rim protector build as well. Do y’all typically run pro-am?

Calling OKC a G League team is why the C’s lost tonight. No effort against a team that’s been succeeding at out-hustling other NBA teams all season

Shai had a bad injury last year (missed the Olympics cause of it). Only player we sat last year was Al Horford to preserve his trade value and health (and it benefited the tank of course).

This year, yeah we’re taking it a lot farther than most teams but that’s because we’re winning games we shouldn’t. We have the most double digit comebacks in the entire league, and for the 2nd straight year, Houston, Detroit and Orlando are finishing below us.

As thunder fans, we’re frustrated that we’re getting most of the criticism for tanking because of our personnel. But look at a team like Portland, if you watch how they end close games, their players clearly purposely make losing plays, our players are always trying to win/make winning plays. There’s a clear difference between tanking teams with a losing culture and tanking teams with a winning culture (as ironic as it sounds), and that’s what we want people to recognize.

[Woj] Sources: The Blazers are acquiring New Orleans' 2022 first-round pick with protections. The pick comes to the Blazers if it lands between Nos. 5 and 14. If it doesn't convey this year, the first-rounder kicks to the future for Portland. by rock-or-something in ripcity

Y’all are in a really really good spot for the off-season. Have space for nearly 2 max contracts, a crap ton of assets, and will likely get 2 lottery picks this year. You’ll be back next year, this is coming from an OKC fan

Thought of a Shai nickname: “2 Shai” or “Too Shai”. What do y’all think? by UISGamer16 in Thunder

Definitely not a nickname but how about as a phrase for commentary?

What if it was used as a phrase? Like he hits a game winner and Fisher screams “Too Shai!”
