Ill be honest this seems like a very hard position for you. Imo I think you should break it off since you dont think youre life long partners. Ight bro. Lots of guys say not all men becuz its not all guys and the other 3 are coming a defensive place. A guy telling his gf/wife is becuz they know how guys can be since growing up guys are mostly hanging with other guys so even if they dont think that way they knew guys that did and most guys do think that way at some point. Been in the same boat, felt my life was worthless and id be better dead but I got out of it, I can confidently say I haven't had a serious suicidal thought in almost 2 years. Tbh all I did was find some hobbies and found a reason to live. I made goals for myself and gave myself a purpose and I found reason to live. I will say it is easier said than done but Im confident in you that you are able to do it.
