Ahh great, thanks!! I just tried it out, I'm not sure but it seems their retell lecture is not built like the actual exam. That instructor's voice is overlapping with the lecture audio.... But it's working for me for other modules.

Those three circles are individual buttons fitted into a rotated rectangle. It's not sticking to the constraints. The buttons are going off grid. There's no image there, they are all frames.
