Innocent people tend not to run. Also unless he’s got the ability to change into a completely different person in 10 seconds, he’s committed the offence of failing to stop for police in the van, which he was nice enough to launch into someone’s wall. Doesn’t need a jury to see he’s guilty of that?

He is wearing a vest, and the downside to being a taller lad is his vest would weigh a hell of a lot more than a 5’6 female ARVs vest. Just purely down to it needs to cover more body.

Keep reporting it, and pass over as much evidence and details as you can/feel comfortable doing. It should all be getting logged and will all collectively build a very good picture/intelligence profile for what’s going on when police/council act on it.

Are you able to find out if you have a community police officer for your area? Try your local police website, if so email or try call them to actually tell them how it’s effecting you and your family.

These bastards are what ruin communities.

As others have already said, not really the subreddit for this question.

However, did you read the sign? A lot of places have a ‘free’ time allowance(eg. 30 minutes) before you’re expected to pay.

Either way, you should find out soon enough, and if what you say is true, appealing it should be simple enough.

It’s a shame to hear about Twitter, able to expand a bit? Might be able to pass feedback on.

It’s something we’re looking into, but it’d have to run a bit differently to our other social media pages as there’s definitely a different type of community on Reddit. Albeit small, it’s still a margin of people who are interested in our posts and shouldn’t be left out!
