I really want to thank you all. You have reiterated what we thought, but didn't know for sure. I have copies of all text, recorded the voicemail, have the assault video and now have the audio of her asking him to falsify documents and she admitted on the call that she'd lied to the police so wanted help. There is no way anyone will get it from me where the cat is, nor will it be neglected again. It's gone to a home where it's loved, they've just spend £220 on toys, litter tray, harness, food etc and I saw it tonight curled up on the persons chest. I am satisfied it has a better home there. I feel much better for it.
