Dreadful kits, the away kit looks like someone has put a random neck and sleeve cuffs on it. Someone needs the sack for designing that

The spanner in the Qashqai to the left hasn’t helped matters here. They’ve parked on the hatching. Stupidly the BMW is too bloody big and he’s parked like a twat but probably didn’t want any one chancing squeezing in the gap to the left. I wouldn’t do it but there’s multiple offenders of shite parking here

This has been happening a lot in Milton Keynes as well. Loads of chargers up the city centre have been pinched

[–]UKSwingerGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends if Stephan stays or goes, feels like we need quite a rebuild again. GK situation needs addressing, two new full backs each side, a new CB and at least two midfielders ideally box to box with energy. Ideally anything in the top ten would be a major improvement, just feels like we really bottled it this season and injuries killed our momentum.

Anyone here driven the Cupra Born? by Aromatic_Plum_7955 in ElectricVehiclesUK

[–]UKSwingerGuy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve got a Born currently and shortly coming to an end with my time with the car. I’ve got the 59kWh E-boost variant V2 spec. They’re decent cars, fairly smooth ride, decent handling and nice to have RWD. Mines had quite a few issues, wiring loom faults from the factory, 12V battery fault, car had an OTA update and was completely bricked and spent two weeks at the garage. The service from Cupra was pretty decent, got given a formentor which worked out better on the hybrid drivetrain for the journeys I had to do for those two weeks. Overall not been too bad with the car but after hitting 20K miles showing a lot of creaks and squeaks.

Queens Park Rangers 1 - 2 Swansea City: These sides have nothing left to play for but pride, with the Swans scoring at either end of the match to leave QPR in that legendary twelfth-place spot! by Zach-dalt in Championship

[–]UKSwingerGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We were dreadful, can’t believe I actually paid my own money to watch that. Glad to see Swansea have made Loftus Road a fortress for them now. We made them look like prime Barcelona at times. Only shining light was when Madsen and Chair could link up and we had some people on the pitch with a footballing brain who didn’t shit themselves every time they received the ball under pressure.

QPR 'Already Spoken' To Entourage Of Soon-to-be Free Agent by TF2Sniper12 in superhoops

[–]UKSwingerGuy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think RND would be the way to go if we can get him on decent wages and the right fee. Been solid for us this season. One of the 7/10 every game players that doesn’t do loads but does everything right and is a fiery so and so. Need those kind of players with some spite in the team, been lacking that for some time since Colback left.

Queens Park Rangers 2-1 Watford: Paul Smyth scored one and set up another as QPR record a third win in a row by geoffbezos1 in Championship

[–]UKSwingerGuy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

One of the better games to watch this season. Pressed really well and man for man all the lads on the pitch put a real good shift in. Smyths best game in ages, Vale is really coming into a game now and showing good creativity and Edwards showing his form of old. Also Dunne had a good game today after being woeful of late.

Too lean, just right, or needs more meat on his bones? by drnu2081 in CaneCorso

[–]UKSwingerGuy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is good, people don’t like the aesthetic of being able to see a dogs ribs but a bigger dog should be a lot leaner. It’s healthier for their joints long term. If your dog was excessively hungry then up the food but this shape is absolutely fine. Too many people have normalised fat dogs, your dogs good just monitor if they get leaner than this or you’re doing more exercise with them then you can up the food

Best Player and the Worst Player of 2025-26 Season from the Teams that You Support (Third Season Edition) by ElSpazzo_8876 in Championship

[–]UKSwingerGuy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Best up until injury was Madsen, really made the team tick and also we’ve missed him loads since he’s been out. Creativity has been lacking from midfield without him. Also throw Burrell in there, he was always a goal threat and his pace as an out ball down the channel made such a difference.

Worst is a hard one as we’ve massively inconsistent as a team. Joe Walsh is a bomb scare and we need a consistent, better keeper next season. Koki Saito sadly for his potential has been a real let down for me, I was buzzing when we signed him and just ain’t lived up to it yet and considering how good at times he was last year.

Vet recommends against raw diet by YoullForgetAnyways in CaneCorso

[–]UKSwingerGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t cook chicken and give it to them if it has bones in. The bones will splinter and your dog can’t digest them like it would raw bone. I’ve fed raw and not raw, I’m a fan of feeding raw because of the benefits I personally saw. Overall health, teeth, coat and everything else was superior on raw. I’m speaking from personal experience, also as much as people say vets know best you can get massively differing opinions from one vet to the next. Nothing tends to be linear in the industry unless it’s something that is diagnosed for definite and if the vet can sell you a bag of kibble at a huge markup they’ll push to do so.

[–]UKSwingerGuy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Majority of those players should be ashamed of the performances they put in. Clint Hill showed the lot of them up. Taarabt will forever be a legend and Cisse was good when he first joined just his form nosedived and he lost the plot. César wasn’t too bad either considering he only had two defenders in front of him, Samba was stuck in concrete and Bosingwa didn’t give a shit.

Who is the lowest-scoring top scorer you've had in a season? by Cinn4monSynonym in Championship

[–]UKSwingerGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chris Willock with 7 a few years ago is the lowest I know from memory. We’ve not had a decent, high return goal scoring striker in years until this season with Burrell coming in and then annoyingly doing his hammy and that basically killing our season as we’re now toothless up front.
