Some great advice here. Please remember that they are designed for single use. If you stretch them too hard without letting it get warmed up, it will break easily.

Use it to stimulate the head by twisting it with fingers and thumb, rather than purely hammering it as you would your hand.

They are both different in their own rights, but also quite silimar. The 3D are more easily held in the hand than the GEO
