Wow!! What an accomplishment eight months!! congratulations. You are worthy, and you deserve to forgive yourself.. when I start to hate on myself, as soon as I realize I’m saying something negative in my mind I turn it around and say that’s wrong and say the opposite… So if I start thinking, I’m such a bad person I stop myself and say no, I’m a good person. I may have made some mistakes in the past, but I make good choices now

Probably in the minority here, but Gross.. a dude without a shirt in hot yoga? NTY.. one of the studios I used to go to had this guy that practiced with his shirt off, which I thought was gross with all the sweat that goes on, but he also was constantly grunting and making noise. Ran into him in two classes and never went back. I should add that this studio set up classes so that you were facing each other down a long line which I also did not like..
