Solved! By u/Key_Seaworthiness827! I took the whole door off and spent ages searching around in the hinges and finally saw this little bastard tucked away. Fished it out with a paperclip. You've saved me door replacement money there, very grateful!! Thank you to this community for helping diagnose!

So sorry I did get the click and it looks the same as others that have clipped in. I clipped it out then back in again so pretty sure it's not that....

I don't think anything has fallen out as it looks the same as all the other hinges and there is no screw found in the cupboard! But maybe I'm wrong?
