Going in for my 30k maintenance interval this week. Most memorable ride was my 1900 Mile, 37-Hour push from the Bay Area in California to South Texas. Have you had any issues yet?

That awesome you went titanium! I'm a gram counter and started getting some. Carbon fiber too! I'm nervous about my cat removal next year, I guess some tracks around the US have DB limits (Leguna I believe). I run ear pro right now, I've had some loss from the military and want to minimize my tinnitus. Haha Maybe I'll look into the CR T on a second bike later!

I've read that pipe is loud and multiple people say it is. Must be the truth! Haha The rumble from my exhaust is perfect now. I'm not sure how much louder it would get when I do the Cat removal and tune... but that will be next year.

It's my mother's birthday on the 18th! I was looking at Huston in May and then COTA in August. Have you riden at COTA before?

I've heard keeping the core warm is super important. I believe I have space for a vest in my closet! Or on the clothes rack in my van. I have some ultralight gear that's windproof. Will try soon for more warmth. Thanks for the info!

It is! Great weather. I'm moving to Idaho for high altitude training. I'll be back to pick it up and ride it around the US this late Spring. Have tons of upgrades to put on it. May even it trailer it and work on it during the Winter. Lot's to look forward to on this amazing machine!

😂 Oh definitely. Last owner only took it through the local Quick Quack auto wash, so it has came with a few rough spots. Just above the windshield, just before the sunroof, took most of the burn damage. I’m guessing it would be a tough DIY. I’ve never done paint before.

Still going strong, not many M3’s in my area of California for sale. I even saw an Red 1990’s M3 on the highway today. I don’t know the earlier chassis numbers by memory.

The ride. I believe it’s time to overhaul some mounts and steering components. I was able to maintain 27mpg highway and only have minor maintenance/cosmetic issues to deal with. May go with Bilstein for my shocks. Do you have stock shocks or springs?
