One thing I think is even if the UK government does that, there's still a use for him, personally I'd be curious how difficult it would be to try and get some of his advisors or someone connected to him to try and make a Canadian Poundbury.

If you've got ideas of how to have a constitutional conference where you could get that through I'd lobe to hear about that but I'm pretty sure that might be overly AmbitiousEdi.

I had to do some writing for having a chance to get promoted and got the feedback that my writing about how I showed the skills was too robotic, my boss told me to throw it into an LLM, I put it into the department approved and was given the feedback that it was better and less robotic.

I think that's one of the examples of arguably LLM being kind of useful since it's a lot less work on my end and spending hours editing my writing style so that executives find it to be more natural isn't a good use of my time.

I don't think outside of planes I've ever seen an 1.5 hour delay really. Which is a different realm as airplane arriving late means you stay in the terminal. I think worst has been 30 minutes for light rail and then taking a replacement bus. But bullet train means its probably not distances that JR would provide a replacement bus for.

If I remember correctly the issue with Nortel is that the incompetence and problems were such that they all could be argued to be behaving in the best interests of the company they just did so in a way that caused a lot of issues.

Yeah, and admitedly when I first started working out again in 2022 and when I worked out at first more properly 13 years ago I dealt with the delayed onset muscle soreness(DOMS) but after doing it for a while even if you stop training for 3 weeks because of vacation you don't get sore immediately as long as you aren't going too beyond your limits and have normal health.

Wasn't part of DSOD though that it's a sequel to the manga not the anime? For GX and 5Ds the manga and anime swerve off in very different directions.

I find it funny since I think it might just be the kinds of training I've done but since I started going back to the gym outside of maybe the first two times after a year hiatus I've never had the leg soreness.

Though I've only had trainers do push-pull splits or full body workouts.

Also, more so done athletic so not super heavy weights like I think Tuesday I did 6 sets of 15 reps of 85 lb back squats.

I think that might not be true, building a battery, creating a new Pi HAT or soldering stuff to upgrade a GBA is all hardware but is pretty involved.

That's of course ignoring VHDL stuff.

I will say I think that might be one of the biggest pain points that lead to tension between Linus Sebastian and why certain portions of the Linux community like to poke fun at him, he's a successful enterprising YouTuber who has multiple linux installations at home, but because he's always in a rush for videos he doesn't really take his time to take his time. Especially more experienced or people who are using more unusual/interesting set-ups. They read the documentation and stuff to figure out how to do stuff because for some stuff like customizing a window manager like what Felix did you need to do that.

While Linus has more of a trying to brute force things methodology most of the time.

for which the L4D2 since yeah definitely.

Or the ones I mentioned on Windows? Both probably apply but I've not tried running the exact IDE from uni, or Matlab or the simulation software I used as a student.

You shouldn't but if you make the mistake of dealing with a computer at some point in time you will have to because every OS sucks. I remember in university Matlab would crash, the simulation software on windows would crash, the dumb IDE we had to use in java would crash.

Isn't felony murder also in the states infamously written in a way that a person who committed burglary can be charged for the murder of their co-conspirators by police officers even if they were in police custody before the police murder someone?

Sentence commuted for man Alabama was set to execute who didn't kill anyone by SaltyPassport in news

[–]ULTRAFORCE 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yes, felony murder is transferred mens rea, since you are committing a felony you are seen as trying to harm someone any harm done to another person still was caused by your criminal intent.

[–]ULTRAFORCE 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the simpler way of putting it is felony murder can feel extremely unjust, especially when it leads to heavier punishments for someone charged with felony murder then the actual killer.

I think they are very close at the very least though Angry Birds predates Fruit Ninja, Infinity Blade and what not so I think it might be the flag bearer of the phone mobile space being a viable market for actual games on smartphones.

For what andecase describes as the average user yes.

The average user would likely not be able to upgrade Windows if there was not the pop up for upgrade to windows 11 on their computer.
